For example, Silbury is the exclusive distributor for world-class Italian Brozzi lard, for the finest dripping from Unimelt in Germany, Premier Jus for the best beef flavours, and for the exceptional marine oils produced by Berg Lipid Tech in Norway.

Silbury is a market leading distributor of palm oil products, and uses Britain's leading processing and packing companies for many of its exclusive products sourced from around the world.

Our own brand products, like the Sil-Cream range for ice cream making, Sil-Fry for frying, and Sil-Palm for bakery, ice cream, frying oil and confectionery, are all recognised as leading products, and those who have tried alternatives almost invariably come back to our proven formulations.

Increasingly, Silbury is focusing on sustainable products, not least palm oil, and ways of improving quality and reducing costs through research, product innovation, new processing technologies, and by maximising economies of scale, all so it can deliver better and more cost-effective solutions for its clients.
