Silbury has been the sole importer of INGRA Brozzi Italian lard for over 20 years. Brozzi Italian lard has no smell and contains no additives whatsoever. It has a very low melting point which imparts a unique mouth feel that makes it perfect for pastry and sauce applications.
We also supply German dripping which is a traditional favourite for many frying companies due to the delicious flavour it imparts and Premier Jus (the extra virgin olive oil of the dripping world) which adds a rich beef flavour to dumplings, suet and gravy.
